Feature
This device transmits 8-bit parallel data with a bidirectional data transmission device using near infrared rays.
It is a compact and lightweight type with a mass of about 100g and a dimension of 50×50×20㎜.
Despite being compact, it performs transmission at a distance of 5m.
Cable lengths are 0.2m and 0.6m.
Head-on and Side-on are available according to the installation conditions.
Light transmission distance and extent can be adjusted by the volume for light adjustment.

Principal Use
■Automated Guided Vehicle communication system
The interlock signal of the process directive and Destination directions etc. is communicated between each station and AGVs.
■Body welding line control system
Confirmation signals such as the presence or absence of materials and inclination, cylinder control, etc. are transmitted, and the assembly line is controlled by the sequencer.
