　1 Seismic class and regional coefficient
　2 Static horizontal acceleration and vertical acceleration at the center of gravity of the transformer
From 1 and 2,
　3 Strength of fixing bolts (tensile and shear stress).
Based on the calculation results, it can be said to be safe as long as it is within the allowable stress range.
