AC power regulation unit “XP Paracon” E03 (load open/thyristor element abnormal) occurs, what is the cause?
Answer
When testing the AC power regulation unit, the error code E03 “Load open detection” occurs in the following cases.
1) “When no load is connected”
2) “When a load of less than 5% of the rated load capacity is connected when the control amount is 100%”
3) “Depending on the ratio of control volume to load current “
4) “When the main circuit is interrupted and tripped by a leakage breaker or magnet” etc.
If there is no suitable load, please consider testing by trial operation mode.
