Support for RS232C or RS422 interface
This is an optical-transmission device for wide-area communication. It
consists of a transmitter-receiver (circular or elliptical directivity),
controller (RS-232C or RS-422), and relay. The communication area can be
expanded via a link-connection with a fixed transmitter-receiver. Ordinarily,
it is possible to make link connections with up to 15 fixed stations, and
up to 3 repeaters. Repeaters can be used to expand the total number of
connected fixed stations to 57 maximum (when 3 repeaters are used). The
communication cable can be extended to up to 300 meters by using a repeater.
1:N communication is also supported. |
